Website development deliverables will be based on the agreed project scope.

The client is responsible for ensuring that all text, images, logos, videos, trademarks and other materials supplied to Navdrishti Solutions are legally authorized for use.
We are not responsible for claims resulting from unauthorized or unlawful materials supplied by the client.
Our services may involve third-party platforms, including advertising networks, analytics tools, hosting providers, social media platforms and software services.
Such platforms are controlled by their respective providers, and their availability, policies and functionality may change without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Navdrishti Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or business losses arising from the use of our website or services.
Either party may terminate a service engagement subject to the terms of the applicable project agreement.
Any outstanding fees for services already performed or approved work may remain payable following termination.
